V33 PU Worktop is a lacquer system in the PU family. It offers a satin finish, is positioned as DIY, and has a thermal class of light use. Supporting parameters in the database include UV resistance: no data, hardness: no data and chemical resistance: no data.
When working with PU Worktop, match the application method to the surface; the database lists roller / brush. Substrate preparation is critical: sand raw wood (for example 120) and remove dust thoroughly; this is the base for an even film. When renovating a lacquered surface, sand back to raw wood in stages (for example 50→80→120) to remove the old film without waves. On waxed substrates, remove the wax and sand back to raw wood; lacquer over wax is a classic adhesion failure.
V33 PU Worktop should be treated as a finish where sheen, substrate compatibility and real use resistance all matter. Epoxy compatibility: directly compatible with epoxy. For worktops, tables and high-use parts, test on the same wood, resin and sanding sequence because final sheen, adhesion and resistance depend on the whole system.
