Epoxy table cost calculator

Estimate an epoxy table quote: pour volume, resin mass, materials, labour, overhead and net selling price.

Input data

Enter workshop assumptions. The result is recalculated locally in your browser.

Full top length or the real pour section length.
Overall table-top width.
Average resin layer depth.
How much of the top is river, cracks or voids.
Cup residue, leaks, bubbles, wood absorption and sanding.
Leave 1.10 kg/l if you do not know the exact value.
A+B mixed system price.
Material, drying and selection.
Metal base, hardware and fitting.
Lacquer, oil and abrasives.
Mould, tape, silicone and internal transport.
Production, machining and client communication.
Workshop labour cost.
Power, rent, depreciation and waste.
Margin calculated on the net selling price.

How does the epoxy table cost calculator work?

It starts with an approximate river or void volume, then converts it into mixed resin mass with allowance. After that it adds wood, base, finish, labour, overhead and selling margin. This makes the estimate much safer than pricing from instinct alone.

When should you correct the result?

For irregular river shapes, calculate a few shorter sections. For large pours, check maximum layer, pot life and workshop temperature in the TDS because litres alone do not tell you whether one pour is safe.

How should the result be used?

Treat the number as a working quote variant. Refine geometry in the main calculator and save the final price in Studio together with assumptions, so you can explain the price later.

What belongs in the final quote?

For an epoxy table, include wood species, resin system, colour, base, finish, timeline, transport and acceptance rules. A price without assumptions is easy to misunderstand during production.

FAQ

Is this the final table price?

No. It is a fast working estimate. A final quote should include wood risk, deadline, delivery, installation and warranty terms.

Can resin share be estimated as a percentage?

Yes for a quick estimate. For a final quote, measure average river width or split the project into sections.

Is margin calculated from cost?

No. Here margin is calculated from net selling price, which makes comparisons between variants more consistent.
