Deep pour / guide
Deep-pour epoxy resin
Deep-pour epoxy is designed for calm, deeper casts. Its edge over art/coating systems is longer working time and a gentler reaction, but the price is a longer wait before demolding and full cure.
How to choose
With deep pour, control room temperature and do not exceed the manufacturer's declared cast mass.
Long pot life helps bubbles escape but extends exposure to dust and temperature swings.
Metallic pigments and a large mass can raise the reaction temperature, so a material test is mandatory.
